Pans Labyrinth was fantastic. The visual effects were some of the very best I've ever seen, and it was one of those great movies where you actually forget it's in another language because it's so absorbing. And the two plots complimented each other really well.

Eww that sounds gross.
I saw a couple of movies on dvd the other day. Definately not among my 'Favourites' list. But i wasn't expecting too much anyway and i was like sick and sooo bored i had to do something.

Meanwhile i'm looking forward to seeing a good movie like the 3rd Pirates of the Caribbean. I know some of you think it looks bad but i'm quite looking forward to it. Than again i don't have the knowladge about movies like some of you do. Very Happy

I do tend to watch stupid/funny/pathetic movies just for the fun of it. It is good to watch a good meaningful movie too though. Although i'm not that good at finding them. Laughing

Ok that was probably like the longest post i've ever done. Very Happy

Did anyone see sideways on tv last night? It's a pretty awesome movie. It's not my usual movie type but it's insightful into the culture of near middle aged americans....or at least a proportion of them

Seanie, Sideways was rubbish! I don't get you and Amy's fascination with that movie!! Nick, Teah and I went and saw Waitress the other night, and it was fabulous!! I loved it!! Oh yes, and Stardust was wonderful aswell, oh so funny!

I just went and saw Across the Universe with Max, Teah and Nick. It was so good! If you like The Beatles, it's a must!

last movie i saw... hmmm, that was ages ago... i think it might have been the science of sleep. it really was so funny, but the ending was like they'd got bored and stopped filming... i shouldn't give it away.
